Salary Range: $133,000 - $184,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall P&L performance and operational efficiency of the manufacturing plant.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Oversee all production operations, ensuring optimal output, cost control, and quality standards.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.
• Manage plant budgets, capital expenditures, and resource allocation.

• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations and plant management
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen
• Experience in strategic planning and execution for manufacturing growth
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, AI, Industry 4.0)
• International business development or multi-site operations experience
• Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master's in Engineering/Operations)
