We're seeking a dynamic full-time Small-Group Functional Fitness Coach who's ready to inspire, motivate, and transform lives.

With a competitive starting pay of $15 per hour for rehab sessions and $23 per hour for leading small group fitness classes , plus great benefits and perks like a bonus structure, a retirement plan (after 1 year of employment), PTO (after 1 year of employment), 2 free lunches per week, money towards a YMCA gym membership, and even paid time to exercise, this isn't just a job-it's a chance to turn your passion into a rewarding career.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As a Small-Group Functional Fitness Coach, every day brings new opportunities to impact lives. You'll kick off your day at Lake Effect Chiropractic, working one-on-one with patients during their visits and guiding them through corrective exercises and rehab. Don't worry-we'll teach you everything you need to know! Then, it's time to shine as you lead small group fitness classes for adults, bringing your energy and expertise to help them crush their fitness goals. You're not just a coach-you're a motivator, a mentor, and a catalyst for change.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• A commitment to a fitness-forward lifestyle

Preferred Qualifications:

• CrossFit experience
• CrossFit coaching experience
• Knowledgeable in strength training-functional movement
• Group fitness instructor experience
• Experience with social media content creation

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Tuesday: 9 AM - 7 PM
• Wednesday: 9 AM - 5 PM
• Thursday: 9 AM - 7 PM
• Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM
