Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams.
• Participate actively in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes of variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical modeling techniques.
• Incorporate new product introductions and product lifecycle changes into demand plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with an understanding of various forecasting methodologies.
• Experience participating in or leading S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced statistical modeling or machine learning techniques for forecasting.
• Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for presenting insights.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).
• Experience participating in S&OP process improvement initiatives.
