Speech Language Pathologist Part-Time (K-12 School) Westland, MI

A school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year in Westland, Michigan. This contract role provides on-site support to students across grades K-12 in a structured educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations for students referred for speech and language services
• Perform reevaluations for students currently receiving services with active IEPs
• Collaborate in the development and participation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Schedule and deliver services typically between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• Utilize the EdPlan system for documentation and student records

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP certification/licensure for school settings
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
• Proficient in conducting speech and language evaluations and providing direct therapy
• Familiarity with IEP development and team collaboration
• Comfortable using electronic IEP systems such as EdPlan
