💰 Pay

• $17/hr – English
• $18.50/hr – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

📍 Training & Schedule

• First 30 days: 100% on-site training
  • Training hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• After training: Hybrid schedule
  • Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Hybrid eligibility is based on attendance, quality, and adherence

🚨 Important: No time off permitted during the first 6 weeks .

🏠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle 35–45 inbound calls per day (avg. 11–14 minutes per call)
• Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
• Answer questions related to homeowners insurance , payments, and coverage
• Accurately document calls while navigating multiple systems
• Provide professional, timely, and effective resolutions on every call

✅ Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent customer service experience
• (Call center preferred; admin/front desk considered — not retail or food service only)
• Comfortable using a Windows PC
• Typing speed: 35 WPM or higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active internet connection (required for remote work)
• Reliable transportation

⭐ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Mortgage or insurance experience

🧪 Pre-Employment Testing

• Basic Computer Literacy Test (70% to pass)
• 1-Minute Typing Test (35 WPM to pass)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
