Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee all incoming, in-process, and final product inspection activities.
• Investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and coaching to quality personnel and production staff on quality processes.
• Monitor key quality metrics and generate reports on product quality performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and their practical application.
• Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D problem-solving.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate a team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• ASQ Certification (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor)
• Experience with specific industry regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Internal or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems
