Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining manufacturing requirements, processes, and layouts.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and BOMs.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, production) to resolve manufacturing challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
• Proven proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation) and materials.
• Experience with CAD software for designing fixtures, tooling, and process layouts.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience programming or integrating robotic systems
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, Power BI, Tableau)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience utilizing manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
