Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of four who are focused on building strong relationships and delivering excellent service. I began my career as a State Farm team member right after graduating high school, and this is the only industry Ive ever worked in. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Trella - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving agency growth through strong customer relationships and consistent sales performance. This is a production-focused role where your ability to generate business and meet goals directly impacts your success. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Educate customers on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage
- Assist with policy applications, renewals, and service needs
- Meet or exceed monthly Property & Casualty production requirements
- Proactively generate and follow up on sales opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain accurate records
- Active Property & Casualty license required at time of hire
- Life & Health license must be obtained within the first 30 days (in-office)
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
