Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing school-based nursing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across several local school districts supporting medically fragile students throughout the school day.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for medically fragile students
• Assist students throughout the school day in educational settings
• Support students during transportation to and from school, when assigned
• Monitor and document student health needs and daily care
• Collaborate with school staff, families, therapists, and healthcare providers
• Follow physician orders, care plans, and district protocols
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and student needs

Skills & Experience

• Current LPN license in the State of Michigan
• Prior pediatric experience required
• Experience with medically fragile students preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism required

Preferred Clinical Experience

• Tracheostomy Care
• G/J Tube Feeding
• Suctioning
• Seizure Management
• Diabetic Care
• Medication Administration
