• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
• Verify healthcare insurance information
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in healthcare or administrative roles is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
