Spray & Fertilizer Technician (Plant Health Care)

As a Spray & Fertilizer Technician (Plant Health Care), you will play a key role in maintaining the health and beauty of our clients’ lawns, trees, and shrubs. Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and disease treatments to lawns, trees, and shrubs
- Diagnose plant health issues and recommend appropriate treatments (training provided)
- Mix and apply products according to label instructions and safety standards
- Operate and maintain spray equipment and related tools
- Maintain accurate records of all applications and treatments
- Communicate treatment plans and results with clients in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Interest in learning a skilled trade and developing a long-term career
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Landscape or related experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
$22–$25 per hour , based on experience. $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days. Weekly pay.
