**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe, report, and document security-related incidents or suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
+ Support access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas.
+ Assist with managing disturbances or conflicts in a professional and courteous manner, following site protocols.
+ Communicate clearly with site staff, Allied Universal management, and/or emergency personnel as situations require.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
