Production Associate – Food Manufacturing (1st & 2nd Shift)

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a growing food manufacturing facility in the Grand Rapids area. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Package and label food products according to company standards
- Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety compliance
- Operate basic production and packaging equipment
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines
- Assist with general production duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
