Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking CNC Machinists. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, including loading programs, tooling, and fixtures.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
• Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code to ensure proper part specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine alarms, tool wear, and program errors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) for quality inspection.
• Knowledge of various cutting tools, inserts, and their applications for different materials.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with advanced quality inspection tools (e.g., CMM, optical comparator).
• Forklift certification.
• CAD software proficiency (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
