Responsibilities:

· Respond to service calls

· Diagnose plumbing issues and speak with customers to discuss the cause(s), different solutions to fix the problem and the cost associated with completing the job

· Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing fixtures, pipes and water systems

· Prepare bids and cost estimates

· Professional handling of customers plumbing requests

· Perform a thorough inspection and testing of plumbing systems for safety, functionality and code compliance

· Collaborate with contractors and construction professionals

· Communicate with office staff periodically throughout the day to give status updates

· Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

· Experience in plumbing, maintenance or another related field

· Reliable, detail oriented, organized and capable of multitasking

· Understanding of the plumbing industry and code compliance

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong critical thinking/troubleshooting skills

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted

· Ability to manage time efficiently to complete daily service schedule

· Valid driver’s license

· Must be willing to consent to a background check and drug screening
