Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and quality control procedures.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production line staff, fostering a high-performance and engaged team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material discrepancies promptly.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory counts.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of production personnel.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting production data and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
• OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety training
