Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel.
• Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
• Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, or equipment malfunctions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production team members.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop production teams.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Bilingual communication skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement projects
