Salary Range: $131,000 - $182,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and profitability targets.
• Manage the P&L, budget, and financial performance of the manufacturing facility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
• Ensure product quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Optimize supply chain management and inventory control.

Recommended Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance optimization.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving operational efficiency and growth.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
• Proven track record in M&A integration or divestitures
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations
