Booms Stone Company, a well-established granite and marble company, is looking for a delivery driver to load / unload and deliver construction materials and supplies to jobsites, mostly located in the SE MI area.
Primary Duties:
- Load stone materials and supplies and deliver to jobsites daily.
- Maintain tool and supply inventory.
- Maintain facility regarding material staging, tool / supply storage, etc.
- Cleanout jobsites once projects are complete.
- Lifting, handling, loading stones. Including use of forklift.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Experience in natural stone handling, loading and delivering is a plus, but not required.
- Experience as a delivery driver is required.
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus but not required.
- Some extended hours include weekends. Normal hours will be M-F 6am – 2:30pm
- Drug test and background check required at hire.
- DOT physical card required.
Benefits:
- Starting pay of $20 / hr. + depending on experience.
