• Private Practice setting with 4 experienced ID physicians and NPs
• Year 1 Total Income Up To $342,000
• 249-bed Level II Trauma Hospital with diverse pathology exposure
• Rare disease cases seen: Tularemia, Leprosy, Hantavirus, Whipple Disease, HIV, RMSF, Bubonic plague, and more
• Balanced Schedule: 50% inpatient, 50% outpatient with average 15–20 patients/day
• Flexible hours: Typical 8 AM–4 PM schedule with mid-level support
• Call: 1:4 rotation (moving toward 1:5); no admissions required during call
• Advanced Telehealth: Daily consultations + inpatient privileges across 10+ hospitals in 2 states
• In-house resources: Wound care program, onsite infusion center (10-chair capacity), and comprehensive lab
• Supportive infrastructure: Nursing staff + onsite billing team
