Overview

Become a Loan Officer with the ability to run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage. Enjoy uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types.

What you’ll do

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage
• Earn uncapped commissions
• Provide loan products for all borrower types
• Add additional LO’s to your team OR operate as an individual LO
• Be licensed in 28 states (and growing)
• Receive administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate

Successful Candidate Attributes

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month

Loan Officer Requirements

• An active NMLS/MLO license (required)
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in relevant software and tools
