FONCTION GÉNÉRALE
Le directeur national des ventes d'Axis Instruments pilotera les ventes au Canada pour les comptes indépendants et majeurs. Il sera responsable de la stratégie et de l'exécution des ventes, de la gestion de l'équipe commerciale et de l'alignement avec les objectifs d'entreprise. Travaillant étroitement avec le marketing, la gestion des comptes, les RH et des partenaires externes, il assurera également la budgétisation, la prévision et le suivi des performances.
PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Développer et déployer des stratégies de vente pour accroître les revenus et les parts de marché.
- Identifier et capitaliser sur les opportunités de croissance des ventes, en assurant l'alignement sur les objectifs commerciaux.
- Superviser l'exécution des initiatives de vente par l'équipe de vente, en veillant à ce que les objectifs de performance soient atteints.
- Analyser les données de vente et les tendances du marché pour ajuster les stratégies et améliorer les performances.
- Diriger, gérer et encadrer une équipe de représentants des ventes partout au Canada.
- Établissez des attentes claires en matière de rendement et fournissez de l'encadrement pour s'assurer que l'équipe atteint les objectifs individuels et de groupe.
- Favoriser une culture d'équipe positive et collaborative, assurant le développement et l'engagement continus des talents.
- Collaborer avec le marketing, les RH et la gestion des comptes pour aligner les ventes sur les objectifs commerciaux.
- Renforcer les relations clients en répondant à leurs besoins et en optimisant les solutions.
- Gérez le budget de vente, en veillant à ce que les ressources soient allouées efficacement.
- Suivre, analyser et rendre compte de la performance des ventes, en fournissant des mises à jour régulières à la haute direction.
- Préparez des prévisions de ventes précises et assurez-vous que l'équipe atteint ses objectifs financiers et opérationnels.
- Maintenir des relations solides avec les principaux clients et parties prenantes pour stimuler les partenariats à long terme.
- Assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle en répondant aux préoccupations et en offrant un service de haute qualité.
QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE
- BAC en affaires, marketing ou domaine connexe (maîtrise un atout).
- 5+ ans d’expérience en gestion des ventes, idéalement en dispositifs médicaux ou optique.
- Succès prouvé dans l’atteinte des objectifs et la gestion d’équipes performantes.
- Bilingue français/anglais (écrit et oral).
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
- Expérience en collaboration interfonctionnelle et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Maîtrise des outils CRM et Microsoft Office.
- Disponible pour voyager (30% Canada/USA).
- Pensée stratégique et exécution efficace des plans de vente.
- Solides compétences en analyse, résolution de problèmes et coaching.
- Orienté client, service et résultats, capable de gérer plusieurs priorités.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
