New to dentistry? We are willing to train the right candidate with no dental experience, but one who exemplifies good character and a team-centered attitude!

We are a close-knit practice dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and creating a positive, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our door. Our ideal candidate is the friendly face and calm voice that ensures our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Exceptional Patient Care: Greet patients warmly, both in person and over the phone, and create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
• Detailed Scheduling: Manage and optimize the appointment schedule, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling patients with precision and foresight.
• Accurate Information Management: Verify insurance eligibility, process payments, and meticulously maintain accurate and confidential patient records in our practice management software.
• Effective Communication: Answer and direct multi-line phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and liaise with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dentists and dental team to support practice goals and maintain a positive, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong, demonstrated attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
