Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Track and analyze lead sources, lead flow, and marketing spend to ensure department KPIs are achieved.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate leads within budget and optimize conversion rates.
• Support a variety of marketing campaigns and projects as needed.
• Assist with budget forecasting, seasonal planning, and rollout of new services.
• Coordinate all aspects of local home shows and events — including signup, setup/breakdown booth materials, budgeting, and lead tracking.
• Write engaging content such as articles, blogs, photo captions, case studies, and promotional
• materials for our website.
• Develop content calendars and imagery for social media posts across multiple platforms.
• Manage and update all external site listings and respond professionally to customer reviews.
• Research and submit entries for industry awards and recognitions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional marketing experience.
• Experience in data analytics and lead flow analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time management abilities.
• A sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through in all assigned projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, and similar tools.
• Knowledge of social media marketing (preferred).
