We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to be the architect behind the Brewtopia brand — a creative, strategic leader who can fuel local store growth, strengthen community engagement, and bring our story to life across every market we serve.
This is a build-from-scratch role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and loves creating playbooks, not just following them.
Our Impossible Goal is bold: 200 7 Brew stands and $500M in revenue by 2028.

YOUR MISSION
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Brewtopia’s brand story — from grand openings and community events to digital campaigns and social storytelling. You’ll help shape how our guests experience 7 Brew at every touchpoint, while ensuring our people-first culture shines through in every cup served.
Requirements:What You’ll Do
- Lead marketing strategy for all Brewtopia-owned 7 Brew markets (Michigan, New York, and future territories).
- Develop and execute grand opening launch plans that drive excitement — including community engagement, local PR, and digital activations.
- Build and manage local store marketing programs to drive same-store sales growth and brand consistency.
- Oversee social media presence and content strategy, collaborating with store teams and 7 Brew corporate to tell our story authentically.
- Partner with Operations and HR on employer branding, recruiting campaigns, and internal culture initiatives.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships (creative, PR, and digital media).
- Track and report on campaign performance — focusing on ROI, community impact, and guest engagement.
- Build the foundation for a scalable marketing function — systems, templates, dashboards, and future team hires.
Who You Are
- 5–10 years of experience in multi-unit retail, QSR, or franchise marketing.
- A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution — you think big but can execute fast.
- Proven success in local store marketing, social media strategy, and community engagement.
- A compelling storyteller who connects brand purpose with guest emotion.
- Data-driven and creative — you analyze what works and double down on it.
- A collaborative, self-starting leader who thrives in an energetic, growth-oriented environment.
