Receptionist/Biller/Administrative Associate

We are a fast paced Accounting firm and are seeking someone for our Administrative department. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Income tax and financial statement processing/assembly
- Billing & Collections
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, Tax office experience will be preferential
- Self Starter
- Dependable & punctual & hard worker
- Team player
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
