We are a fast paced Accounting firm and are seeking someone for our Administrative department. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Income tax and financial statement processing/assembly
  • Billing & Collections
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, Tax office experience will be preferential
  • Self Starter
  • Dependable & punctual & hard worker
  • Team player
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
