About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This role partners closely with the CEO and ownership to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, organic growth , and M&A initiatives . Ideal candidates bring strong manufacturing experience and proven success in negotiation, acquisitions, and scalable growth .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance
- Drive organic growth through margin improvement, cost control, and pricing strategy
- Lead M&A activities , including evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration
- Negotiate financing, banking relationships, and key contracts
- Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and ownership
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
- Manufacturing background in automotive, aerospace, or medical industries preferred
- Mandatory proven experience in M&A negotiation , due diligence, and growth strategy
- Strong leadership, communication, and business partnership skills
