Law Firm Marketing Visionary and Director of New Brand Initiatives

First-class Metro Detroit law firm is seeking a cutting-edge Marketing professional to join their team.

Position is responsible for implementing cutting edge marketing initiatives to help define and drive strategy, brand, and growth across all platforms for the firm. Develop and execute all marketing efforts across all channels to create a whirlwind of leads despite a highly competitive legal market. Candidate will also pro-actively collaborate with teams on content marketing strategies and implementation to expand the firm’s online presence and traffic across all platforms.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing required.
• At least seven years of marketing or communications experience in a similar role; Professional services or law firm marketing experience preferred
• A positive, can-do attitude with willingness to adopt and adapt to new trends
• Applicant must have the skills, initiative and desire to spearhead and oversee projects from beginning to end
• Must be forward thinking and have finger on the pulse of latest web marketing and social media content trends and have the willingness to adapt those new trends
• Online/web writing, SEO-focused writing, and social media content development
• Using CRM, video making and other marketing automation and/or technology tools and platforms as required, especially AI
• Ability to quickly understand and disseminate some complex medical and legal information into clear, business-to-consumer writing
• Experienced with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., AI, SEO, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WordPress, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work autonomously and be a proactive self-starter with close attention to detail and an ability to understand the importance of detailed work within a larger context.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and grammatically-correct in written and verbal communications.
• Ability to plan, organize, and carry out multiple related activities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
