Salary Range: $73,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex electrical issues on production lines to minimize downtime.
• Program, maintain, and optimize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and industrial control systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical system reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Develop and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation.
• Ensure all electrical installations and modifications comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and project teams on new equipment integration and facility upgrades.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and automation systems.
• Experience with electrical power distribution, control panel design, and safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Familiarity with SCADA/MES systems for data acquisition and control.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar continuous improvement experience.
• Robotics programming or integration experience.
