About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our DPC practice youll bring your clinical expertise to a patient-centered fast-paced environment where meaningful relationships come first. Youll work alongside physicians nurses and support staff to deliver comprehensive compassionate care across all stages of life.

What Youll Do

• Own patient care: Examine patients gather health histories and evaluate physical conditions to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.
  

• Collaborate with physicians: Prescribe therapy or medications under physician oversight and coordinate care to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
  

• Lead diagnostic efforts: Administer and interpret diagnostic tests (labs x-rays EKGs) to uncover the root cause of health concerns.
  

• Provide holistic care: Counsel patients on growth development family planning preventative care and overall wellness.
  

• Perform procedures: Deliver essential procedures such as injections suturing wound care and immunizations all aimed at helping patients thrive.
  

• Supervise and coordinate: Guide medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure seamless high-quality care delivery.
  

• Bilingual Communication: Serve as an essential point of contact for our diverse patient base by communicating fluently in both English and Spanish .

Requirements

What Youll Bring

• 25 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (required).
  

• MI FNP licensure (required).
  

• Professional working proficiency and fluency in Spanish (required).
  

• Masters Degree in Nursing or related field.
  

• Strong clinical judgment commitment to patient-centered care and a growth mindset.
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping patient outcomes top of mind.
