OVERVIEW:
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to contribute to a dynamic and client-centered clinical team. In addition to Lansing, opportunities are available in Battle Creek, Bay City, Cascade, Clinton Township, Dearborn, Detroit, Farmington Hills, Grand Rapids, Hamtramck, Harper Woods, Inkster, Jackson, Mount Pleasant, Niles, Taylor, and Woodhaven, MI.
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for positions based in Wayne Township.
 - Relocation assistance offered.
 
We are also hiring Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) in Dearborn, Detroit, and Battle Creek, MI.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (as defined by BACB).
 - Active BCBA certification in good standing.
 - State licensure (if applicable), in good standing.
 - Minimum of one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
 - Prior experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
 - Familiarity with crisis management procedures is a plus.
