Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead assembly teams to achieve production goals and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient workflow.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of assembly personnel.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly line issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Optimize resource allocation and workflow to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing assembly supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, blueprints, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Proficiency in meeting production schedules and output targets.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Experience with automated assembly processes or robotics.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent advanced safety training.
