Manager Level Requires Bachelors and Minimum of Limited License Social Worker with 3 Years Experience (includes minimum of 1 year working with IDD Population).Starting Salary TBD Based on Experience Case Workers Requires Bachelor Degree in Human Services and 1 year Experience working with IDD PopulationStarting Salary $50,112/ Year + generous benefit package highlighted above. Case Worker AssistantsRequires Bachelor Degree in Any Field and 6 Months of Equivalent ExperienceStarting Salary $47,500 / Year+ generous benefit package highlighted above. Community Health WorkersRequires High School Degree or EquivalentAlso requires 1 Year Experience working with Individuals w/disabilities*Medical Assistant or Community Health Worker Certification is a plus.Experience working with healthcare appointments /services or other relevant Human Services Experience is preferred.*Associates Degree would be considered in lieu of experienceStarting Rate of Pay: $20.78 / Hour + generous benefit package outlined above.
