Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Install, commission, and relocate new and existing production machinery.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in CMMS.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including LOTO, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and order necessary spare parts for equipment repairs and inventory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and uptime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Proficiency with industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
• Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
• HVAC system maintenance and repair experience.
• Forklift or Aerial Lift operator certification.
