The Client Services Analyst is at the heart of our client success, ensuring data delivery orders are completed accurately and on time. In this pivotal role, you'll independently handle intermediate to complex promotion programs and translate high-level client strategies into clear, actionable results. As a central point of contact for our sales team, clients, and internal partners, you’ll be a key driver of seamless operations and positive relationships.
As a Client Services Analyst , you’ll have a direct hand in our clients' success, redefining their strategic vision into reality. Who You Are
- What You’ll Bring With You:
- 2+ years of proficiency in a Data Solutions Technician role or similar, with a consistent track record of success and a readiness to take on the next step in your career.
- You're able to seamlessly navigate Windows, GUI, and command-line interfaces like Unix.
- A customer-focused mentality, with a dedication to meeting the needs of both internal and external clients.
- High attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in all work.
- Strong problem-solving skills, using thorough logic and data to solve complex issues, even when information is limited.
- The ability to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate project objectives, expectations, and feedback to various audiences.
- Why You Might Stand Out From Other Talent:
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- A proven track record to quickly learn and master new software and platforms.
- Prior experience in the advertising, marketing, or data solutions industry will be a significant advantage.
- Demonstrating a history of optimally leading and implementing complex projects from start to finish will set you apart.
- Knowledge of scripting languages or other technical skills that streamline processes will be highly valued.
