The Role: As the Project Manager and Special Assistant to the Firm's Managing Partner, you will be the right-hand person for Jason M. Turkish, helping to ensure the smooth daily operations of the firm. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of tasks, from handling meetings and scheduling to managing internal and external communications. You'll be a liaison between the Managing Partner and various department directors, and you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting special projects and assignments.
What You'll Do:
- Handle meetings, scheduling, and administrative needs with precision.
- Provide invaluable assistance to the Managing Partner with personal errands and tasks.
- Efficiently manage internal and external communications for the Deputy Managing Partner.
- Act as a vital liaison between the Deputy Managing Partner and various firm departments, fostering seamless collaboration.
- Embrace a wide variety of regular responsibilities while eagerly taking on special projects as needed.
- Plan occasional work-related travel to enhance the firm's outreach.
- Dive into a multitude of special projects based on the firm's evolving needs.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Showcase your prowess in organizational skills, setting the standard for efficiency.
- Expertly prioritize and multitask, navigating multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Exhibit superior written and verbal communication skills, leaving no room for misinterpretation.
- Demonstrate utmost responsibility and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- At least one year of prior experience in an Executive Assistant role.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, although not required.
Education and Experience:
- Required: High school Degree.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Physical Requirements:
· Embrace prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
Pay Scale:
· $60,000-$90,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
