We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our leadership team. As the VP of Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our company, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring we achieve our business goals. This role requires a strong leader with a sense of urgency, a proven track record of holding teams accountable, and the ability to inspire and execute strategies that achieve superior results. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management within a multi-division environment and a relentless focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

· Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality standards.

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of department heads and operational staff.

· Collaborate with the senior staff director to set and achieve short-term and long-term objectives.

· Analyze and improve operational systems, processes, and policies.

· Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

· Monitor and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

· Identify and mitigate operational risks.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.

Qualifications

· Experience: VP of Operations or similar leadership role.

· Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of driving operational excellence.

· Accountability: Strong sense of urgency and the ability to hold teams accountable for performance and results.

· Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic and analytical skills. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

· Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
