Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in SAP Integration and SAP HANA to support enterprise business applications and drive system optimization and enhancements. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP modules and integration.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with SAP technical teams to design and implement integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and third-party tools.
• Lead or support SAP HANA implementation projects including data modeling, analytics, and performance tuning.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to SAP data, workflows, and integration points.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements to improve business processes.
• Participate in end-to-end testing, including writing test cases, performing system testing, and supporting UAT.
• Support the change management process, training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Ensure system documentation is up to date and compliant with company standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with SAP systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, CO, PP) and SAP HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration).
• Experience with SAP HANA modeling, CDS views, and native HANA development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation experience.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming for debugging and validation.
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs and third-party system integrations.
