Construction Communication & Selections Lead
- Manage the Selections Process including weekly updates to the Selections Progress Summary (SPS) and posting updates to SharePoint
- Utilize BuildTools to prepare client sign-offs and issue digital approval documents
- Coordinate with external designers to develop Selections Criteria and ensure timely submission
- Provide weekly updates to clients and designers with category-specific status summaries
- Review vendor Request for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate approval packages with the Construction Manager
- Schedule and conduct vendor coordination meetings post-PO issuance
- Oversee quality and progress of selections-based construction tasks
- Communicate site schedules and activities to the Construction Manager for job board updates
- Ensure timely task completion based on SDGA team meeting schedules
- Support insurance compliance management alongside the Accounting Manager and Construction Manager
- 5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or custom home building
- Associates degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Advanced knowledge of BuildTools or BuilderTrend required
- Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills
- Experience with high-end residential design and construction materials
- Ability to read blueprints and navigate construction documentation
- Skilled in vendor coordination, scheduling, and RFP review
