This full-time contract role serves the 2026-2027 academic year and is ideal for experienced SLPs, recent graduates, or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Key Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan State SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
- Open to Clinical Fellows—mentorship and support available
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Overview:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), set measurable goals, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student support
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, providing insights into student needs
- Offer both direct treatment and indirect consultative services
- Maintain accurate and timely records to ensure compliance with regulations
