A-Line Staffing is now hiring an RN Case Manager in Michigan. This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to support members through field-based and telephonic case management in a hybrid setting.
RN Case Manager Compensation
- Pay Rate: $44.14/hour
RN Case Manager Highlights
- Location: Michigan — Sourcing candidates in or near Wayne County and Macomb County
- Assignment Type: Contract
- Work Setting: Field and Telephonic Based (Remote with local travel)
- Travel Area: Must reside in or very close to Wayne or Macomb County
- Licensure Required: Active Michigan RN License (Unrestricted)
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

- Telephonic case management completed from home
- Structured class start date provided
- Sedentary work when remote, including extended computer and phone use

RN Case Manager Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive member assessments using clinical tools and data review
- Evaluate member eligibility, healthcare needs, and available benefits
- Develop and implement case management plans to support member outcomes
- Coordinate services using internal and external healthcare resources
- Interpret clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and benefit plans
- Facilitate care planning, advocacy, and service coordination
- Utilize case management and quality management processes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with providers, members, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support cost-effective healthcare outcomes through proactive care coordination
RN Case Manager Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (unrestricted)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience required
- Examples include hospital, home health, ambulatory care, or alternative care settings
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Ability to travel locally within assigned counties
Preferred Qualifications
- Case management experience
- Managed care or health plan experience
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification preferred
- Experience coordinating care for complex patient populations
