Shipping and Receiving Clerk
At CELO, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in our logistics and inventory management processes, ensuring that all shipments and receiving are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar environment and demonstrate a solid understanding of shipping management tools and software.

Responsibilities
Shipping Management : Coordinate and oversee all activities related to the shipment of products, including preparing shipping documents, selecting carriers, and scheduling pickups.
Goods Receiving: Ensure the proper receipt of incoming goods, verifying the quantity, quality, and specifications of products.
Inventory: Maintain accurate records of stock in the system, including incoming and outgoing products. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits, detecting and resolving discrepancies when necessary.
Constant Communication: Maintain fluid communication with other departments, including sales, purchasing, and production, to coordinate product logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.
Use of Technology: Use software and computer systems for inventory management and shipment tracking. A good ability to work with spreadsheets and management applications will be required.
Continuous Improvement: Propose and participate in projects that optimize shipping and receiving processes, contributing to the company's operational efficiency. Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse industry.
Computer Skills: An advanced level of knowledge of inventory management software and IT tools, including spreadsheets (Excel) and ERP systems, is expected.
Organizational Skills: Excellent skills in organizing tasks and prioritizing activities in a fast-paced work environment.
Attention to Detail: Ability to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and within established deadlines.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to interact effectively with interdisciplinary teams and suppliers is essential.
Physical Ability: This position may require heavy lifting and prolonged standing, so you must be in good physical condition.
