What needs to be accomplished:
- While technical skills are essential, success in this role hinges on your ability to earn trust, communicate clearly, and deliver long-term value to homeowners.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately (furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation and thermostats).
- Educate homeowners on system operation, recommended repairs and maintenance options.
- Proactively recommend upgrades, preventative services, or improvements such air quality system
- Perform thorough whole-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
- Prepare accurate service quotes and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan)
- Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to improve customer communication and technical expertise
What success looks like:
- Complete 3–4 service calls per day
- Achieve a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended services
- Conduct comprehensive safety inspections on each call
- Contribute to membership plan sales
- Maintain a monthly callback rate of under 3%
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver 5-star customer experiences

- 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Boiler experience is a plus
