Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in the beautiful community of Casper, Wyoming. Our 122-bed facility specializes in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and comfort care services. We proudly serve the people of Wyoming through accepting Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic CNA to provide physical support and assist residents in performing daily living activities. We are looking for a compassionate advocate for residents and their families. As a CNA you will be responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients.
Key Responsibilities: As the Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Help residents with mobility, including transfers and repositioning
- Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care
- Respond to resident call lights and assist with other needs in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervising nurse
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure residents' individualized care plans are implemented effectively, meeting both physical and emotional needs.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- First aid and CPR certifications.
- In-depth understanding of resident care policies and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with residents, families, staff.
