Assistant General Manager (Westland)
My firm is working with a growing fitness club. They are looking for an AGM in both Westland and Warren, MI
This role will be responsible for Team & People Management:
- Maintains managerial oversight for the front desk
- Recruits, interviews and hire staff
- Schedules all front desk employees
Front Desk Management
- Connect with members
- Assist in driving monthly and yearly financial performance of the club
Facilities Management - including safety, cleanliness, organized, well stocked, etc
You must have:
- Leadership and people management including leading, coaching and motivating teams to achieve goals and objectives in a consumer-facing service-oriented environment in the fitness industry
This role is onsite daily in either Westland or Warren MI
