Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of finishing department personnel.
• Ensure all finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery of finished goods.
• Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures within the finishing area.
• Provide training and development to finishing operators to enhance skills and productivity.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the maintenance and readiness of finishing equipment and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong technical knowledge of various finishing techniques (e.g., assembly, painting, surface treatment, quality inspection) and associated equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to meet output and quality targets.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and enforcing quality control procedures and standards.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with automated finishing processes or robotic applications.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills for production equipment.
