THE GREAT PAY

This full-time Journeyman Plumber position pays $35.50 – $45.50 per hour with performance compensation, bonuses, and piecework pay options available.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

This Journeyman Plumber role offers a predictable Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm . You will usually work within 30 miles of the 48109 area, though there may be the occasional out-of-state job 1–3 times a year, which is negotiable. Employees report to a central location before heading to job sites, though a dispatch-from-home option is available. Emergency calls are not required unless you want them, giving you the flexibility to set a work-life balance that fits your needs.

Your Day As A Journeyman Plumber:

• Handle residential and light commercial plumbing service calls with precision and care.
• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems.
• Use ServiceTitan to manage jobs, track progress, and earn bonuses through upsells.
• Work independently or lead apprentices, providing direction and ensuring quality results.
• Deliver excellent customer service with clean, clear, and honest work.
• Mentor apprentices to develop their skills.
• Receive ongoing training in safety, technical skills, sales, and leadership.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Journeyman plumbing license in Michigan
• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role
• Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance
• Strong computer literacy
• Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
• Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring apprentices and contributing to the team
