Qualifications:
· Education: minimum High School Diploma and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
· At least 2 years of customer service experience
· Skills: Computer literacy, MS Office experience, basic SAP knowledge (preferred but not required), and strong customer service skills
· Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by an in‐person interview scheduled between April 20–24
· No additional medical screenings required.
Responsibilities:
· The Customer Service Representative supports company by serving as a primary point of contact for customers while collaborating with supply chain, operations, and credit teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
· This role involves providing customer support primarily by phone, collecting and forwarding customer feedback, and proactively managing the full order‐to‐cash process.
· The position requires strong communication, organizational, and problem‐solving skills, a customer‐focused and adaptable mind-set, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
· Candidates typically have at least two years of customer service experience, with a high school diploma required and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
