Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all finishing department operations, including painting, assembly, and final inspection.

• Strong knowledge of various finishing techniques, materials, and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations and best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for production tracking.
