Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical malfunctions in production machinery and systems.
• Execute repairs, overhauls, and replacements of faulty components to restore equipment functionality.
• Install, assemble, and commission new machinery and production lines.
• Conduct precision adjustments and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance and product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated manufacturing systems, robotics, or PLCs.
• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Welding and light fabrication skills.
• Certification or experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodology experience.
